We got a room with a walk-in shower. The location was good in a nice area, near to restaurants and hiking trails and stores in Tanah Rata.

i came here for 6 nights and had an absolutely amazing stay. for a 5 star hotel everything was perfect, i truly enjoyed to be here. the staff was flexible, amicable, and responded promptly to requests. the room was spacious and offered shower facilities, a bidet, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. the property has marvellous location close to jungle, and restaurant and transport. it also was so close to everything.

Overall it was brand-new and exceptionally clean, with a private bathroom. The location was good - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go...
